Verify Eligibility for Insurance Covered Lactation Services

I am able to accept many insurance plans! Please go to my Insurance Coverage page to verify eligibility or contact me with any questions.

*Please note, office and virtual consults if coverage is verified are 100% covered, but there is an out-of-pocket minimum $100 travel fee with insurance coverage for home visits.

There is a $50 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time.
