Verify Eligibility for 100% Insurance Covered Lactation Services
Verify Coverage with The Lactation Network (accepting MOST PPO plans through Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Humana, and MultiPlan.)

Verify coverage with Cigna Wildflower (accepting all Cigna insurance plans).

*Please note, office and virtual consults if coverage is verified are 100% covered, but there is an out-of-pocket minimum $150 travel fee with insurance coverage for home visits.
Not covered by insurance?
If your insurance company does not work with the Lactation Network or Cigna Wildflower, please contact me. I may be able to still offer insurance covered consults and will verify this with you.
Otherwise, a Superbill can be provided to you at the end of our session for you to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time.
